Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Avocards account and the personal data associated with it from the app or by contacting us. You do not need to buy anything to request deletion.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to the Avocards account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Remove personal data.
  4. Review the explanation and confirm deletion.

This is the fastest method because you are already authenticated.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@caleavo.com from the email address connected to your Avocards account. Use the subject Delete my Avocards account and include only the information needed to identify the account.

We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion. We ordinarily complete a verified request within 30 days, or within the shorter or longer period required by applicable law. We will tell you if additional time is legally permitted and necessary.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes or anonymises the Avocards account and associated personal data under our control, including profile and synchronised learning information, subject to the exceptions below. Public content will be removed or anonymised where required, but independent copies already saved by another user may remain. We may retain limited records when required for transactions, fraud prevention, security, legal claims or compliance.

Recent notification entries, temporary AI jobs and unsaved generated-card drafts otherwise expire after approximately 90 days. Provider backups and security logs may remain for a limited rotation or legal-retention period before deletion or anonymisation.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account does not cancel billing through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel an active subscription in your Apple or Google account before deleting Avocards. Store transaction records are controlled by the relevant store and its legal obligations.

Delete specific data but keep the account

To request deletion of a particular card, image, AI request or other personal information without deleting the whole account, email info@caleavo.com. Describe the item and where it appears. We may need to verify your identity.
