Q: I purchased premium but it’s not activated
A:
Currently even if you are on the premium version, we still show the upgrade button.
If you can see the TOPIK II category it means that you have the premium activated. This category is only available for premium users.

If you paid and received a confirmation from google and some categories are still locked and your premium is not activated, please contact us at info@avocards.com with the Google Order number from your receipt:

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A:
You will need to go to Google play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You will see a list of all your subscriptions. Click on the one you want to cancel and click on cancel subscription.
For ios users, you will need to go to Settings > Tap on your profile photo > Subscriptions > Tap on the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel Subscription.
Q: I can’t download the cards
A:
Check your network connection, contact info@avocards.com if the problem persists.
Q: The audio is slow or not working
A:
Check your network, if the problem persists, you can try to turn off real voices in Settings > sound

Q: How can I enter a promo code inside the app
A:
Go to Menu > Upgrade > Choose your plan
, click on Promo code?
and enter your code.
Q: I got a Google Play store promo code, how can I enter it
A:
Go to Play Store > account > rewards > redeem promo code

Q: The app is not available in my language
A:
We currently support English, Japanese, French, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and Russian
. We plan to work on Arabic too.
These translations take time so we are not able to support all the languages yet. If your language is not here and you would like to help with translation, reach out to info@avocards.com
Q: The app is only for learning Korean, do you have plan to add more languages?
A:
We would love to help people learning any language through our app but we are far from there.
We want to focus on teaching Korean for now, improving the app for Android and releasing the app for IOS and adding more content.
